About the Institute:
The Faculty of Public Health, Naresuan University, was established on 1 October 2003, as per the resolution of Naresuan University Council Meeting No. 107 (3/2546), held on 31 May 2003. Its purpose is to produce public health professionals at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels through our Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral programmes. We are keen to develop new body of knowledge and innovative solutions to address health problems, and more importantly to respond to the health needs of Thai Society, particularly in the lower-northern region.
Vision:
The Faculty of Public Health is a leader in health promotion, public health development, and Thai traditional medicine of the region; produces health personnel with knowledge, morality and ethics; conducts research and local wisdom development; and provides technical services with integrated modern technology for national as well as international recognition.
Mission:
1. To produce graduates with knowledge, morality, ethics, professional code of ethics in public health, and self-reliance capability.
2. To develop the knowledge of public health in response to the needs of society and the country.
3. To promote various forms of technical services using the knowledge management principles consistent with changes in society and the country.
