About the Institute:
The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Sri Lanka was created as a registered private entity in August 2007 by Dr. Romesh C. P. Jayasinghe FRSPH(UK), an internationally endorsed and acclaimed educator/trainer and psychotherapist who now counts over 13 years of experience in the field of professional and higher education and training in Sri Lanka. The IMH also conducts confidential and personalised individual and group counselling and psychotherapy sessions to persons (teens, adults, couples, elders) who are experiencing various kinds of emotional and psychological problems and distress.
