About the Institute:
MVJ medical college is a well established educational institute for imparting quality medical education. The college was established in 2001 under the umbrella of Venkatesha Education Society. It is located in Hoskote a rural district of Bangalore, and is well connected to the city. The college is recognized by the Medical Council of India and is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
A 950 bedded multi-specialty research hospital caters to the clinical material necessary for effective medical training. The hospital is well equipped with all modern diagnostic and therapeutic amenities for patient care. The hospital is well patronized and excellent clinical material is available for imparting the requisite practical skills for the medical students.
The Management is committed to provide free services to all patients irrespective of economic status, caste or creed. Patients are not charged for bed & not even for surgeries. They are also provided with free food from the hospital kitchen from the inception of the hospital. The hospital has treated over 11,32,000 outpatients & 2,56,000 inpatients since inception.
