About the Institute:
Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer is a government medical college located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 1965. It provide medical education with MBBS and MS/MD degrees along with diploma in some medical subjects. It is one of the seven government medical colleges located in Rajasthan. Along with other government medical colleges in Rajasthan, the college is affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences and Medical Council of India.

For undergraduate courses, the duration of MBBS course is four and a half years of training with a year of compulsory internship. After the successful completion of the training and internship the M.B.B.S. degree certificate is awarded by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. Postgraduate studies grant MD, MS or DM in various fields.
